Websites for Wedding and Event Rental Companies
A rental website has one job: turn someone scrolling your Instagram into a quote request with a date, a guest count and a list of pieces. We build custom sites for wedding and event rental companies that do that, with a searchable catalog, a table builder, and quote requests that land in your inbox and in Goodshuffle Pro.
Featured build
Linen & Oak Event Rentals
A wedding and event rental company in Lincoln, California, delivering across Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Nevada and Yuba counties. We replaced its Squarespace site with a custom build in October 2026.
- More than 400 rental pages, each server-rendered with its own photos and details
- A Build a Table tool with 270 pieces that can be set on a table
- Quote requests that create a wishlist quote in Goodshuffle Pro
- Pages for 14 kinds of events and every delivery area
- 211 old Squarespace URLs redirected to their new pages

What an event rental website has to do
Template sites show pretty photos. A rental site also has to answer what you have, what it costs, whether you deliver to the venue, and how to ask for it.
A catalog people can search
Every piece gets its own page with photos, sizes and a rental price, grouped the way planners shop: linens, tabletop, furniture, decor. Search engines can read each page, so a search for a specific charger or chair can land on it.
A quote request, not a checkout
Rentals are confirmed by people. Visitors build a list with quantities and an event date, then send it. The request arrives as an email with the full event details and, if you use Goodshuffle Pro, as a quote in your dashboard.
A way to see the table
Clients struggle to picture a linen with a plate and a glass. A table builder lets them choose real pieces and see them together, and an optional AI photograph shows the setting on a table, clearly labeled as an illustration.
Pages for each kind of event
Weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, corporate dinners and birthdays are searched separately and need different pieces. Each gets a page with the collections that suit it.
Pages for where you deliver
Rental companies serve a delivery area, not a storefront radius. Area pages say where you deliver and pick up, and the business schema lists the same places, so search engines and visitors get one consistent answer.
Fast on a phone
Visitors who find you on Instagram arrive on a phone. Image-heavy catalogs need resized modern image formats, server-rendered product pages and accessible controls, or the browsing stops before the quote.
Goodshuffle Pro, connected properly
Goodshuffle Pro sells a Website Integration that shows your inventory on your site and turns a visitor’s wishlist into a quote in your account. Goodshuffle says the quote does not go to the client until you approve it (Goodshuffle Pro). Goodshuffle lists Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress and Wix among the platforms it works with.
On a custom site we connect to the same integration from the server. That lets the site keep its own design, hide stock levels, leave delivery fees and damage waivers out of the catalog, and send the event details the wishlist has no field for in a separate email. The Goodshuffle integration guide explains each of those decisions.
How a rental website project runs
Inventory first
We start from your real inventory: your old site export, your rental software, or a spreadsheet. Every piece, size and price is reconciled before design, because a catalog is only useful if it matches what is on your shelves.
Structure and redirects
Collections, event pages and delivery-area pages are planned together. Every old URL is mapped to its new page so links from planners, blogs and search results keep working.
Design around your photographs
Your styled tables and Instagram work carry the brand. We build the layout around them and keep text readable over images.
Quote flow and integrations
The event list, quote form, confirmation emails and, where you use it, Goodshuffle Pro are wired and tested with your real inventory before launch.
Launch and measure
We launch on your accounts (domain, hosting, email), set up Search Console and analytics, and watch which pages bring quote requests.
Moving from a builder? See Squarespace to Next.js, Wix to Next.js or other migrations.
Show us your current site and inventory
Send your site and how you track inventory today. We will tell you what a rebuild would involve and what it would connect to.
Wedding businesses beyond rentals
Venues, planners, florists and caterers sell to the same couples and face the same problem: inquiries without a date, a guest count or a budget. The structure carries over. A page per event type and per offering, a gallery that loads fast on a phone, and an inquiry form that asks for the details you need to reply with a price. Our website design and local SEO work covers both.
Questions rental companies ask
- Do I need Goodshuffle Pro to have a rental website?
- No. A rental website can send quote requests by email to any inbox. Goodshuffle Pro adds one thing: requests can arrive as quotes in its dashboard, so you do not retype them. If you already use it, we connect the site to it; if you use other rental software, we connect what that software allows.
- Will customers see what is in stock?
- Only if you want them to. Linen & Oak chose to keep stock levels private. On her site, quantities are never shown and never published in structured data; availability is confirmed by the business when it replies to a request.
- Can customers book and pay online?
- They can, but most wedding and event rental companies prefer a quote request because delivery, setup, damage waivers and date availability need a person. We build the flow you actually run. On Linen & Oak the total shown is an estimate for the pieces only, and the business confirms the rest.
- We are on Squarespace or Wix. Do we lose our search rankings if we move?
- Not if the move is planned. Every old page is mapped to its new address with a permanent redirect, titles and descriptions are carried over or improved, and the new pages are submitted to Search Console. Linen & Oak moved from Squarespace with 211 old URLs redirected.
- Is the AI table photo accurate?
- It is close, not exact, and it is labeled as an illustration on the image itself. In our testing a single place setting reproduced plates, glass shapes and linen patterns well, while flatware patterns drifted most often, so the label says so. The photo is made from the catalog photographs of the pieces the customer chose, and those real photographs stay beside it.
- Do you build sites for wedding venues and planners too?
- Yes. The same structure, a page per event type, per area and per offering, with a request flow that captures the date and guest count, fits venues, planners, florists and caterers. Our published example in this space is an event rental company.
