Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Introduction
Webvello ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.
Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Name and contact information
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company information
- Any other information you choose to provide
When you submit a form we also record technical information collected automatically: your IP address, the page the form was submitted from, and the date and time of submission. We use this to operate the form, limit abuse, and keep a record of the communication preferences you selected.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Respond to your inquiries and requests
- Send you marketing communications, where you have opted in
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns
How We Communicate With You
If you submit an enquiry, we use the contact details you provide to respond to that enquiry. That is the reason the form exists, and it does not require any additional permission from you.
Marketing communications are separate and optional. We send marketing email only to people who have ticked the marketing email option on one of our forms, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
We send text messages only to people who have provided a mobile number and ticked the SMS option. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them, or HELP for assistance. Consenting to text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
You can withdraw either permission at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP, or emailing us at hello@webvello.com.
Service Providers
We use third-party providers to operate parts of this website, and information you submit may be processed by them on our behalf:
- Resend — delivers the notification email generated when you submit a form, which contains the details you provided.
- Calendly — powers our "Book a Free Call" scheduling. If you book a call, the details you enter are submitted directly to Calendly and are governed by Calendly's own privacy policy in addition to this one.
- Google Analytics — measures how the website is used. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or the content of your message to analytics.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and Analytics
We use analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can also opt out of marketing email and text messages at any time without affecting our ability to respond to an enquiry you have already sent.
To make any of these requests, email hello@webvello.com. If you opt out of marketing, we keep a record of that opt-out so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
Notice at Collection
At or before the point we collect your information, this is what we collect and why. Using the categories set out in the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- Identifiers — your name, email address, phone number and IP address. Collected so we can identify and respond to your enquiry.
- Commercial information — the service you are interested in and what you tell us about your business. Collected so we can assess whether we are a fit and reply usefully.
- Internet or network activity — the page you submitted the form from, and general usage measured by analytics. Collected to operate and improve the site.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, or any other category of sensitive personal information through this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights over the personal information we hold about you:
- Right to know — what personal information we have collected, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
- Right to delete — ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the exceptions the law allows.
- Right to correct — ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will say so here and provide a way to opt out.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information through this website.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email hello@webvello.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request". We will verify your identity by replying to the email address we hold for you, and we aim to respond within 45 days as the law provides. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
