Methodology first, because it IS the page: Google's Chrome UX Report measures actual visits to actual sites; HTTP Archive joins it to detected platforms; we cite the WebVitals.tools aggregation (CMS/platform table: November 2025 snapshot, desktop origins; framework table: April 2026, mobile origins — the bases differ and we never mix them). "Pass rate" means the share of a platform's origins where at least 75% of visits meet all three Core Web Vitals thresholds. The overall-web average is roughly 50%.

Two honest caveats before the ranking. Selection effects are real: platforms attract different kinds of sites and owners, and that shapes their averages as much as their engineering does. And aggregate is not destiny: every platform here has fast sites and slow ones — the ranking tells you what each platform delivers by default, not what a disciplined team can achieve on it.

The headline upset: the drag-and-drop builders the industry loves to mock post the best numbers on the web, and the platform running two-fifths of the internet posts the worst among majors. Managed, uniform infrastructure wins aggregates; assembled-by-a-million-owners loses them.
